Dr. Jyoti Gupta is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She holds multiple academic qualifications including M.Sc., B.Lib.I.Sc., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Phil., MCA, UGC-NET, and a Ph.D., all from Bundelkhand University. Since 2002, she has contributed to various esteemed university libraries in administrative, managerial, and technical roles. Dr. Gupta has actively coordinated conferences and seminars, and has participated in numerous national and international academic events, where she has presented papers and published extensively in peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals and conference proceedings. She is also the author of a scholarly book. In addition to completing UGC Orientation and Refresher Courses, she has undertaken various short-term training programs. Her key areas of interest include library automation, citation and content analysis, webometrics, ICT applications in libraries, management systems, and open educational resources (OER). Shams Khan presently holds the position of Deputy Librarian at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As one of the founding members of Galgotias University, he has made substantial contributions to the institution’s establishment and the evolution of its academic and infrastructural framework. His role has been instrumental in the advancement and modernization of library and information services, aligning them with contemporary academic and technological standards. His academic and professional interests are centred around library automation, the implementation of RFID-based security systems, management of electronic databases and e-resources, information retrieval, and the development of innovative library services. He has authored and co-authored several scholarly articles published in reputed national and international journals, in addition to presenting papers at various academic conferences and symposia.
